The concept of the Diamond series was inspired by the highest quality of grape wine, Grand Cru. In 1885, the King of France, Napoleon the Third graded classified the vineyard into different grades, amongst which the highest grade is labeled as Grand Cru, and has the words, “Distinguished Region, Reputable Place”.It implies the meaning where the quality grapes are cultivated. Borrowing from this concept, the high quality coffee produced by the farmers of Costa Rica are classified into micro-regional selections for the Black Gold Coffee Grading to select a new batch with exceptional flavor and allow your taste buds to enjoy new experiences through the diamond series. The coffee cherries produced by the high quality farmers are assembled together to select the batch with the most unique flavor. The Diamond series is the micro-regional specialty coffee selection from the latest 2015 Black Gold Coffee Promotion.
